Number 106

Level 4 Monsters x2
When an effect monster your opponent controls activates its effect, remove 2 Xyz from this card, target 1 effect monster on your opponent's field. As long as this card stays on the field, the targeted monster loses its effect and cannot change its position. This effect can be used during opponent's turn.

Generic Paladios but the drawback is that it needs to wait for an opponent monster to activate then you can negate a monster ( you can target other monsters too )

Flame Dance

Back to OTK session~ The new archetype Fire Fist can actually do otk, but not with those cards from the pack, in the end you need to invest $90++ on the V-Jumps, Saikyo Jumps and stuffs~ And also, chicken and wolfberk from the VE08 which will have escalating prices.

Maxx "C" is too "REWARDING"! ^^

Onslaught of the Fire King
(Well since this card's name directly used the SD name, so I just use its english SD name instead)
If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters: Special Summon 1 FIRE Beast, Beast-Warrior, or Winged Beast-Type monster from your Deck. Its effects are negated and it is destroyed during the End Phase. You can only activate 1 "Onslaught of the Fire Kings" per turn.

-------------------------------------------------------------------
Player A activates Onslaught of the Fire King

Player B: 'Look! It's a card that special summon! Let me maxx "C" to stop my opponent from doing any more combo!'

*discards Maxx "C"*

Player A special summon...
MANTICORE OF DARKNESS!!!

Player B: "SHIT!!!!!!!"

Player B draws a card (Maxx "C" effect)

End phase Onslaught of the Fire King effect destroys Manticore of Darkness.

Manticore eff sends manticore from hand to SS it from grave.
Player B draws a card (Maxx "C" effect)

Manticore eff sends manticore from field to SS it from grave.
Player B draws a card (Maxx "C" effect)

Manticore eff sends manticore from field to SS it from grave.
Player B draws a card (Maxx "C" effect)

Manticore eff sends manticore from field to SS it from grave.
Player B draws a card (Maxx "C" effect)

That's all for the current combos~

Constellars

Well I was playing Constellar in DN with the new Constellar Sombres, and I find it or even the deck itself is more broken than the 'lswarm' counterpart. Let's see how this deck shines better than its evil form.
Lol lets take bahamut84's old post as quote:
A long time ago, I was joking that in order for Konami to make a tier 1 theme, they needed to follow this recipe
- Dark Armed Dragon (Boss monster)
- Stratos (a Searcher on summon)
- Shura (Beatdown monster that is rewarding)
- Reinforcement of the Army (Search card)
- Destiny Draw (Draw card)
- Icarus attack (Chainable field removal)
Well I think this deck fulfills most of it.
Boss monster(s) - Constellar Pleaides, Constellar Ptolemys Messier 7, Constellar Omega (Basically all Constellar xyz are boss monsters as they can end up xyz into M7)

Beatdown monster that is rewarding - Constellar Ptolemys Messier 7(?)

Search card - Reinforcement of the Army

Draw card - Nope

Chainable field removal - Constellar Pleaides

Not only these it has additional stuffs to bring it to at least tier 2
Chainable field protection (e.g. Pandemic Contagion Infestation) - Constellar Omega

Chainable attack booster (e.g Kalut) - Constellar Beehive

Reincarnation effect (e.g Monster Reincarnation) - Constellar Ptolemys Messier 7, Constellar Sombres

Additional Summoning (e.g Komachi, Evilswarm Castor) - Constellar Leonis, Constellar Pollux, Constellar Sombres

Level changer (e.g Inzektor Ladybug) - Constellar Kaust, Constellar Schet

Tribute Reduction - Constellar Sombres

=============================================

So how is Sombres better? ^^
1. Top draw factor
When you are bankrupt and you drew Sombres, and ur grave had a Kaust, you can easily xyz into Pleaides and clear back, even if there's no Kaust other things that are level 4 can enable you a Beehive, Omega, Ptolemy. But if you put it in the situation of LSwarms, whatever that you took back and extra summon, might not really help you, Ophion can't clear big bosses (Dark Armed, Black Luster), Nightmare will be your nightmare by the time, Bahamut... but you are bankrupt...

2. Better high level effect
Ok, the last effect of Sombres isn't that important and awesome, but the high level monsters of all LSwarms cannot compare with even 1 Constellar Zubeneschamali ^^

3. Constellar has lots of airman
By gaining the extra summon, the airmans of Constellar are much more useful in compared to LSwarms having another extra summon.

4. LIGHT monsters
Able to access Honest, Radiant Photon Paladius.

Conclusion:
People are hyping the wrong theme man!
In this fast paced meta with Wind-ups, Mermail and Heroes, What can a trap based deck do and what can Ophion do? :D

So that's all for the Constellars today~ Additonal stuffs: Combo Kaust with Feelings Towards the Future and you can end up with an Omega and Pleaides which is super hard to clear! Or even Star Light, Star Bright if you want!

New mermail cards ^^

There are some mermail cards being revealed and to be released in the next cosmos blazer set

Mermail - Leadabyss
Lv 7/WATER/Sea serpent/2700/1000
During your main phase, you can special summon this card from your hand by discarding 3 WATER monsters other than this card to your grave. When this card is special summoned successfully by this effect, return 1 abyss spell or trap from your grave back to hand. You can release a mermail monster on the field other than this card to randomly send a card from your opponent's hand to grave. The effect of "Mermail - Leadabyss" can only be used once per turn.

Mermail - Abysstrite
Rk 3/WATER/Sea-serpent/1600/2800
Level 3 monsters x3
When a Mermail monster you control is being targeted by a spell, trap or monster effect, remove an xyz material to change the target to another monster you control. When this card is destroyed and send to grave, special summon 1 Mermail monster from grave other than "Mermail - Abysstrite".

Mermail - Abyssdine
Lv 3/WATER/Aqua/1000/200
When there's a Mermail monster on your field and this card is added to your hand from grave or deck, special summon this card. When this card is special summoned successfully by a Mermail monster effect, you can special summon a lv 3 or lower Mermail monster from your grave other than "Mermail - Abyssdine".The effect of "Mermail - Abyssdine" can only be used once per turn

Mermail - Abyssnose
Lv 4/WATER/Fish/1500/1500
When this card destroys an opponent monster by battle and send to grave, discard a water monster to grave. Special summon a Mermail monster from your deck in face-up defense position. The effect of  "Mermail - Abyssnose" can only be used once per turn.

Abysscale - Ketos
Equip spell
Can only be equipped to Mermail monsters. The monster gains 400/600(?) atk. When a trap card is activated, send this card to grave to negate its effect.

Abysscorn
Trap
Target a Mermail on the field,it gains 1000 attack until the end phase of this turn. When this set card is being sent to grave, send a monster on your opponent field to grave

===============================================
I see the potential ones are Abyssdine and Abysscorn.

Turn 1 - Abysspike discards Linde search Abyssdine > Abyssdine effect special summons back Linde, u do no lose anything. In fact it's a +1

Linde gets destroyed > search dine and special summons back linde
Great Wall of mermaids

Dine is pronounced as di-ne... But then it read like dine from the word undine lol...

Abysscorn looks interesting when fighting Mermail mirror and even other decks.

Mermail discards marksman, destroys the trap > send the Mermail or even Linde to grave > and because Linde is not destroyed but sent to grave it doesn't activate effect ^^

Other things like zenmaines, maestrokes will have bad ending too

Derives from the word Scorn(?), but then if u separate it its corn, and had a send effect like black corn...

Leadabyss is too costly, discarding 3, but the hand molesting effect is still quite tempting. It's send and not discard so no dw effect. I think its still worth putting in 1 for sphere, since 2700 is quite fit. Lol

Leada sounds like leader, maybe their boss, but can also be reed which is a wetland plant... :S

Abysstrite requires 3 Lv 3, terabyte looks like a better choice and healthier butt lol. But then she can special summon a Mermail when she dies. Still 3 lv 3... Mermails Lv 3 that stays on the field are those kinds that I rather leave them on the field (marksman, Linde)...
*Thanks to SpiceyYanni1 who pointed it out* You can call it out by bahamut shark, so you can replace your aeroshark from extra decks to this.

What's a strite or trite? Some mythology thingy?

Ketos... Like kraken it must negate the first trap so it's quite useless... Since your opponent can easily bait you.

Cetus from the Greek mythology

Abyssnoz Abyssnose... 1500 shura is janky

Noz? Snoz? Does it have any meaning or is it Norse...
Its because he is an elephantnose fish that's why its called abyssnose, just like abysslung is a lung fish.

Haze beast and the SD cards looks good... The flame spirit god is a jank since it only deals half the damage and can only destroys opponent monsters... Compared to the other 2 gods this Dinosaur looked like a joke...
And firestar is uninteresting too..

ABYR new love cards

 Mind Pollution
Discard 1 monster from your hand. Take control of an opponent's monster with the same level as the monster you discarded until the end phase.
Magic version of Tragoedia. Mind Control going in soon?
Fishborg Planter (Left)
Activate once while this card is in grave. Send the top card of your deck to grave, if it is a WATER monster, special summon this card to the field. [Fishborg Planter] effect can only be used once per turn.
Having a wind-up "Once while this card blah blah" effect, but if it goes to the grave again it refreshes... Why isnt this fishborg a tuner?!
Water Spirit God - Moulin Glace
This card cannot be normal summoned. Must be special summoned from your hand when you have 5 water monsters in your graveyard. When this card is successfully special summoned, randomly discard 2 cards from your opponent's hand. The effect of [Water Spirit God - Moulin Glace] can only be used once per turn. If this card leaves the field, you cannot conduct your next turn's battle phase.
Family of Grand Soil with a retarded TWIN DEMON EFFECT! So I guess the next few sets will have other elements too? Name forms from Moulin + Glacier. OH WAIT! It's a sea serpent by the way

Off to D3!

Hero beat isn't just my style lol... Its half rush and half reactive, but as you can see if u read all of my reports, lol, I have been rushing like crazy... And I went to play Hero Beat during last sunday, and I get a score of 0-4, exciting score... But I got lucky draw in the end, and the price is the prize of 8th place LOL... Why work so hard?!

I played hieratics on friday and here's the score:

Game 1: Inzektor - OO
Game 2: Arrive Hero - OO
Game 3: Gladiator Beast - OO
Game 4: Arrive Hero - OO
Top 8: Arrive Hero - OO
Top 4: Arrive Hero - XX ( Hand was OTK hand but I started first LOLOL~~~)

And so I died, get 5 packs of GAOV and opened an XYZ (Guess it urself :D) while the 2nd place got a Sutekh and nothing else from 10 packs, which prize dropped instantly from 2nd to last place...

D3 is playable on 3pm(SGT) tomorrow~ Lesser time and post on YGO for these few days/weeks I guessed... : (

Deepsea Diva OTK~~

The new cards in the sea serpent structure deck totally inviting more otks to this meta. Currently, I found out 1, more will be posted if found. Let me introduce the new cards needed for the combo:

(No Image currently but effect is 100% confirmed)
Atlantean Marksman
Atk 1400/ Def 0
When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Sea Serpent-Type "Atlantean" monster, except "Atlantean Marksman", from your Deck. When this card is Tributed for the activation of a WATER monster's effect: Target 1 Set card your opponent controls; destroy that target.

Atlantean Armed Soldier
Atk 0/ Def 1600
While this card is face-up on the field, once per turn during your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon a Level 4 or lower Sea Serpent-Type monster in addition to your Normal Summon or Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) When this card is sent to the Graveyard for the activation of a WATER monster's effect: Target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; destroy that target

Atlantean Assault Trooper
Atk 1400/ Def 0
If you control another face-up Fish, Sea Serpent, or Aqua-Type monster, this card gains 800 ATK.

And lastly, people doesn't know this... The main protagonist of this act:

Birdman (YES AGAIN!) + Deep Sea Diva
Diva NS, Armed Soldier SS
Diva bounce, Birdman SS
Diva NS, Marksman SS
Diva + Armed Soldier into Daigusta Phoenix
BATTLE PHASE
Phoenix atk + Marksman atk + Birdman Atk
1500 x 2 + 1400 + 1400 = 5800
Assault Trooper SS (from Marksman eff)
Atk!
5800 + 2200 = 8000

I'm sure alot of people threw away assault trooper when opening REDU, pick up from ur rubbish bin and polish it now! lolz~ Prepare to grab 3 SD when it comes out. Hmm, I guess recently I'm addicted to OTKs which I keep showing every possible OTKs lolol, OTK-Whore~~ If found any other ways to OTK you can post here. No retarded comments about "Oh I veiler you, your combo stops" or "gorz you will die", if one were to be afraid of those just quit YGO then~ Thats all! Have fun! :D

Machu=Mach OTK

Putting aside geargia, now we shall look at the new number xyz in REDU:

Number 33: OOPArts Super Weapon - Machu=Mach
2 Level 5 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; inflict damage to your opponent equal to the difference between its current ATK and original ATK, then this card gains ATK equal to the amount of damage inflicted.

This effect looks jank when reading, but combining with another jank card, it worked wonders althogether:

Minimum Guts
Tribute 1 monster you control to target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; that target's ATK becomes 0 until the End Phase. This turn, when that target is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to its original ATK.

In order to otk, you need a monster with at least 1900 ATK
1900(eff)+4300(atk)+1900(guts)=8100

Dianzhang also made a video on it, different approach by using:

By using Gagaga girl and magician to xyz, you can target 1 monster and make its attack becomes 0, so as long as your opponent's ATK is at least 2800 (which is abit hard lol), you can otk with it.
2800(eff)+5200(atk)=8000

In this meta, most of the monsters are at least that amount of atk (except dragonfly), so it's quite easy to achieve the otk. You can also target tragoedia or gorz token since ??? is 0 at base. Pure OOPArts would play this I guess... Also, I have thrown away all the cards that I thought of no use in GAOV sets... :( This teaches me to keep every single card.... III's death shall not be wasted!

Gishki Hieroglyphs

Used by our current world champ currently~ helped me 20-0 =D

Photon Streak Bouncer V.s. No.25: Fullmetal Photoglide - Focus Force

Galactic Overlord released a lot of new Xyz monsters which boosted the Hieratics power. Among those Xyz, there are 2 rank 6 Xyz with unique "effect-negating" effects - Photon Streak Bouncer and No.25: Fullmetal Photoglide - Focus Force.
First, let us look as each effects:
Photon Streak Bouncer
2 Level 6 monsters
Once per turn, when a monster your opponent controls activates its effect: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate that effect, and inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

Number 25: Fullmetal Photoglide - Focus Force
2 Level 6 monsters
Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 face-up Level 5 or higher monster your opponent controls; its effects are negated until the end of the turn.

Both of them are quick effect monsters, meaning their effects can be used in either player's turn, and being able to activate during either player's turn means that it can activate anytime in a player's turn, be it draw phase, main phase, battle phase etc. The good point about streak bouncer is that it does not have level restrictions, but it is good only when it negates monsters with "Once Per Turn" effects, because monsters without OPT effect can activate again after it gets negated, like Brionac and Dark Armed. As for Number 25, although it has the level restrictions effect, it's effect lasts until end of turn so effects that are once per turn or no does not matter.

Each of the following cards have their own targets in this meta,
Vs. Inzektor
Streak Bouncer: If you want to eat cards like Card Car D or Burn opponent life, this would be the most appropriate one, of course, if u don't meet any dark armed dragon. And at times it becomes a card that would mind-trick yourself because u can't really choose when to negate.
Number 25: Anything below level 5, it can't negate, but it's inzektors, hornet and gruf ups level so if they don't level up, I don't think there's really any threat.

Vs. Hieratic
None of it is really useful lol. Unless,
Streak Bouncer: You want to negate xyz monsters effects, and red eyes effects (If they are not 2800 atk).
Number 25: You want to negate red eyes effects.

Vs. Laval
Streak Bouncer: Not so useful against it because its effects activates either in grave or not once per turn
Number 25: Their monsters are all synchros so naturally level are 5 & above, negating Librarian is a good choice.

Vs. Rabbits
Streak Bouncer: The best choice.
Number 25: Useless as there are no monsters > level 4

If you are going to otk and you have a chance to make either one to stop effects,
Streak Bouncer: Negating Gorz and burn 1000 damage making OTK easier.
Number 25: If you met a tragoedia with 204024121293938133 atk power, of course this would be better as it makes tragoedia's attack and defense 0/0, so if you had a gaia dragoon on the field, it makes its pierce into a direct attack.

So each of them have their pros and cons, its up to the user to decide what to make.

Asia Championship is approaching in 2 weeks time, without book promos like gorz, tragoedia will be the most common defense, making Number 25 when you are otk-ing would be the better choice.

Number 25 + 2 Dragoon = 2800 + 2600 + 2600 = 8000 just nice

Thats all for today~~

Below are rulings for each of the following monsters:

Streak Bouncer

Q:相手ターンに発動できますか?
A:できます。(12/02/18)
It can be activated during opponent's turn (Since it doesn't states like Number 25).

A:できます。(12/02/18)
Its effect can be activated during damage step

Q:《スターダスト・ドラゴン》等、フィールド上で発動しその発動時にフィールドに存在しないモンスター効果も無効にできますか?
A:できます。(12/02/18)
Its effect can be activated on cards that activates on field, but are not on field during activation (e.g. Stardust Dragon).

Q:効果を無効にする処理とダメージを与える処理は同時に行われる扱いですか?
A:はい、同時に行う扱いです。(12/03/12)
The burn effect and negate effect activates at the same time.

Number 25

Q:ダメージステップ時に発動できますか?
A:調整中(12/03/23)
Legendary 3 words whether it can be activated during damage step

Cards that activate when leaving field (e.g Stardust Dragon) still loses its effect..

Q:このカードの効果を受けたモンスターのレベルが4以下になった場合、そのモンスターの効果は適用されますか? A:いいえ、この効果適用後にレベルが変化しても、そのモンスターの効果は適用されません。(12/02/19)
Cards that changed level (Damsel equipped with Hornet becomes Level 6), still loses its effect even if the level were changed.

This is a good way to entertain yourself.

Why can't konami be like that?

Look at this

MTG's R&D head explains everything about their banlist. Even give statistics like "reason y it's ban because XXX cards top ??% at day 1 and ??% in day 2" etc

I dun think spore and bulb have that percentage...

Now, here's some pics of a japanese website which records all the OCG and TCG tourney.

And of course the top 10 cards being used as of 2011 September banlist

For monsters section, T.G Agents cards are all in the top 10 list, Sangan being the 1st, and of course no spore & bulb because they are at 35th and 23rd respectively.

Traps of course,

Trap dustshoot being the first and all these of course requires no reason why their ban, just the amount being used proves their worth.

Next extra deck with Trishula being used 1577 times in the whole YCS and Japan

Lastly, the decks being used as of September 2011

1st: Agent
2nd: Inzektors
3rd: Laggia
4th: Gadget
5th: Dark World
6th: BF
7th: Karakuri
8th: Junk Doppel
9th: HERO
10th: Dragunity

Weird enough, destroying a deck not even in the top 5 which no one ever notices it's even in the top 10.

Rather than letting the players have their imaginations run wild and came up with all the funny reasons...

And even copied magic's old level format into the zexal,5ds etc rank format which gives bye. If Konami can copy this, Why can't they be like that?

OCG March Banlist Predictions

*BEWARE WALL OF TEXT*

Flame me with reasons. :D... No tour guides will be harmed in this process

First thing first - This is a march banlist, which if you notice, is a very harsh banlist which cripples every deck of the meta most of the time,

e.g Undead, Tele-dad, Lightsworn in 2010 and
Six Samurai, Debris Junkdo Plant, Psychics and Fishes 2011.

So here's my predictions for 2012 March banlist:

Banned:
Future fusion - People have been predicting this card to be banned since September 2011 where there was a FF Hero Tori loop or shits. But Dewloren was restricted then and the deck disappeared from earth. Now this card joins the new Dragonic Legion structure deck and act as a giant size "Foolish Burial". Although the deck lacks consistency even with this card but letting one card generate too much advantage for the deck is bad for the meta "health".

Card Destruction - A gigantic "Foolish Burial" for yet another deck, Dark World, generating huge advantage as well at one go. And I'm sure Grapha doesn't only talk big, if that is so he doesn't need such card to net a cheat win.

Limited:
Inzektor Dragonfly, Inzektor Hornet - This duo wearing such auspicious colors to celebrate Chinese new year with the Asians. Actually, I don't think that Dragonfly alone will cause havoc, imagine Hornet's effect is "Send this card to grave, look at one of your opponent set cards", would you think the deck itself will still be that strong? Will damsel's field flooding affect you? And hornet-mantis combo will be a failure too.

Wind-Up Zenmaighty, Wind-Up Rat -
Everyone seems to put Zenmaighty at fault for discarding their hands, but no one notice tat the sneaky rat is behind all these. Without rat, please calculate how much hand you would've dropped. Although its mainly rats fault but too bad Zenmaighty was created at such an imbal xyz rank which was so easy to summon that it cannot be ignored.

Rekindling - Maybe people might not know this but Laval is also in top tier now. And the credits goes to this card. This card alone is able to make librarian formula stunts, 1 card Scar Red, An otk field with Laval because of the level 2 girl which pumps all laval atk. With this card, even the lousiest attributes (among dark, water, wind, light etc) can be the strongest deck.

Evolzar Laggia - A walking solemn with 2400 attack, this card evolved from lizards into the one of the best Dragon of the year of Dragon. Removing 2 xyz material sounded like a huge cost, but you are not losing any cards because the dragon is still on the field, and your opponent had just wasted a card to remove ONLY it's material.

Agent of Mystery - Earth, Agent of Creation - Venus, Master Hyperion -
A TUNER Stratos(Earth) which search a beatstick+ LV 3 supporter(Venus, which eventually calls out gantetsu and boost) and a Dark Armed Dragon(Master Hyperion) of it's own theme. Sounds like the all time favorite Tele-DAD cards? And their stars are just too aligned for both xyz and synchro

Ultimate Offering - I almost missed out this, another 2 card otk combo, and I don't want to see Offering Gadgets coming out 3 Verz Ouroboros and Sending 3 cards into grave from opponent hand again. Upsize version of Wind-Up Hunter.

Magician of faith - Bad Magics gone, she can stay now.

Tribe-Infecting Virus - Punishment for people who are playing theme decks (this is not the reason for it to come back). Even dark hole is back, so why is this still inside, if one were to argue that it can discard Fabled for its effect and destroy opponent field, well there's a ruling that stated that one cannot declared a field type that's not on opponent's field, so how many fabled can one call?
Secondly, there are veilers everywhere now, the effects are not as devastating as it is in the past. The only deck that I see higher chances to put in this was debris plant and etc which the deck is now crippled.

Semi-Limited:
Pot of duality - This card is in the middle of limited and semi-limited. Konami never liked cheap deck filtering and also, boost for meta beat, even though people may argue that it's reprinted in gold series, but hello, brionac suffered the same fate too after GS01.

Karakuri Komachi mdl. 224 "Ninishi" - Wait a minute! Did I misread or are you joking? Tats what readers might be thinking, but yes this is the heart of the Karakuri deck. This card makes the whole Karakuri able to burst and even generate advantage, it's also in the middle of restriction and semi. Komachi and merchant goes into Naturia Beast. Komachi and Kuick sync into Landoise or Burei and Komachi and Instant fusion into Bureido. They are all so easy because of this cards' extra summon effect. So it deserve to be in this state and in my opinion is one of the strongest tuner after Gale the Whirlwind.

Book of moon - Promoting xyz is good for business, but promoting otk and unstoppable combo is bad for players. Let the monsters sleep for a turn to let players catch a breath for an extra turn. Then yet again it's just prediction, since when did Konami cared alot about players lol.

Scapegoat - In the recent meta, I don't feel that having flood field of tokens helped much. I wonder whether people would still play the United goat if this comes back. And how would it fare against the metas

Unlimited:
Magic Cylinder -
Even alternate win decks such as chain burns and stuff doesn't use it much anymore, its too slow and needed a wait for opponent's attack, coming back to 3 does not affect much.

Call of the Haunted -
Cards that need to set are not as useful as the past anymore. Furthermore, this is a card that not only need to set, but also attaches to a monster. And there are way too many cards with similar card effect unlimited, having 3 does not make as much difference as 2

Bottomless Trap Hole -
Crazy? I don't think so. During Mizuho-Shinai loop era, this card is so useless against Samurai that every deck dropped it and opted in Solemn Warning. But that era was over... Even now before 2012 banlist, some decks dropped it because of Inzektor Dragonfly. But this is not the main reason why this card should be unlimited. The decks in the past few metas after Crush Card Virus was banned, are all big-sized monsters and those monsters are hard to kill, so at least give people a choice whether people wanna max this out.
------------------------------
No (these cards are not put into list):
T.g. (Restricted)- they are not in the list because they are like ants, restricting striker aid the crippling of T.G. Agents, but Dirty Zenmai plays only 1 or no strikers and 3 warwolf, restricting warwolf will end up the same. And just fill up the space for rhinos and you have you searching session back.

Destiny Draw (Unlimited) -
Ever seen the Magical Library Exodia? Its consistent because of this too.

Royal Oppression (Restricted) - This card is the card Konami hates most! If you notice the banlist:
- Konami doesn't like a card that destroy one whole deck/ one card that generates too much advantage.
- Konami does not like people hiding behind traps and also anti meta decks.

Legendary Six Samurai, Shien (semi-limited)
How I wished this was true. And no, people WILL play six samurai if there are 2 shiens.

Goyo Guardian(Limited) - 2800 level 6, where can you find any other monster this stats and with a positive effect? This should not be let out, otherwise you will see Inzektor mirror stealing each others Dragonflies and also, Gemknight Pearl gets stolen here and there. Where will acid golem stand if this comes back? Monster controlling cards are also Konami hated cards.

Tats all. This are the cards that are in my opinion, deserved to be in and out of the list, and this list that I've made handled those decks of this meta from September 2011 to now, such as:
- FF based theme deck (dragon)
- Dark World
- Inzektors
- Dirty Zenmai
- Laval
- Rabbit Laggia
- Offering Gadgets
- Agent Angel
- Karakuri

Well I personally have tried out all these decks in real life and that is why this are the cards that I felt are the core that deserved to be hit. That's all!

Gemknight love
