This is the build used by a Japanese player, Yuki, who made lots of interesting decks and topped. And he's one of the very few people using Atlantean and top too. I wanted to use Mermail since it had burst, but it lacks consistency and control. And will easily die to Heroes, so after some thought I chose the old SD 23 build for the tourney.

Just had a few questions regarding deck choices.
A. Since your using duality, why no CardCar D? Its good for farming no?
B. Why only 2 of each atlantean? and why no Pointman?
C. Why no birdman? it otks with diva and pointman no?
A. As you can see the deck size is 42 so there isn't really much space left for card d. Although having either card d in hand or undine in hand for start will be good but having both will be quite useless IMO
B. The only thing in deck that is able to dump all those Atlanteans were undine, so having too much will cause bad hands which this deck already have quite a few (eg. Starting with controllers). As for pointman, the effect doesn't really worth the space to put in, the only good point I see was diva + him to kill a roach/raioh, other than that its equivalent to having an extra controller lol
C. Too much tuners already lol. And since I didn't play pointman, it's quite useless. Also, if you played this deck before, you will notice its actually a timing deck, you have to really wait for the actual moment to strike, so the otk that I mentioned before is actually quite hard to setup.
And the otk needs your opponent to be really empty field. If not you can't really otk
Hope all these answers your questions ^^
Yeah that does really help. I live in the U.S lol TCG.derp but I have been testing this deck and I really cannot wait for it to be released over here.
I did notice the (atlanteans) klump in hand and they become very useless. Ive been testing only 1 pointman and ive drawn it a couple times which like you said is like having controller in hand.
Does your build have any otk combos? It looks more or less of a control version (which is looking like what the deck is going to be about)
I think anything + diva x2 can go about into otk field, otherwise its just slowly farm...
So I figured I would keep pestering you about this because of my interest in Atlantean XD So I know you guys dont have tourguides yet, but if there was room in the deck do you think she would be a good card for it?
Seems like there would be synergy with all the level 3's
I don't see any use for it other than a emergency rank 3 xyz material, other than that you would rather open with undine or if late game, end with diva.
Is it ok to copy and modify your decklist a bit to post it on my blog?

I'll test the changes first if I make some although.
@creativeminds4t its okay :D
One more question, you said that Mermails gonna die quickly to Heros. Then what do you think is the difference between Mermails and Atlanteans here? I also use an Atlantean Engine with the exact number as you do, so where's the difference?
Consistency...
