IMO normally sept banlist are abit crazier than usual such as last sept banlist- 3 bestiari, 3 malicious and 3 mezuki era... It's like romance of the 3 kingdom... lol... Ban!!!!Dark Armed Dragon - Most probably this will get ban, even in R1 form, it still works wonders! Dark Strike + Dark armed also do OTK... As long as u play a deck with plenty of dark, you can put it in...
Monster Reborn - IF Magician of Faith comes back this will go in... By the way, even if it doesn't come back, free revival cards are also imbal... + its a MAGIC!
Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Boundary - Konami nv print this in DT01-EN... Instead it prints AOJ Catastor... Smells fishy... To further promote ppl putting in Gaia, this should go in!!
Ban -> R1/ R2 -> R1/ 3 -> 1Magician of Faith - Well this card is like useless in the banlist... Its not as superior than the other banned cards.
Summoner Monk - What i wished is this card gets banned as it can call out any lv 4... Its far more stronger than the cat... Almost any deck can put it in... You can do double dark Strike with 2 summoner monk but u can't do it with 2 cats isn't it? lol... Most of the lv 4 have very strong effects...
Rescue Cat - As a support card, this card goes in with summoner monk... Also, like what i said in the prev banlist, its an emergency tele and calls out a big tuner and a non-tuner monster...
Mind Control - Well konami love to make reprinted cards get restricted. But 2 affects nothing! So i guess it will go to 1... Look at brain control and gang...
Call of the Haunted - If monster reborn goes in, this comes back i guess... If they wanna promote Arms Hole, then it would be premature. But i guess konami isnt that crazy to let use make the premature + brionac loop again isnt it?
Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind - This shit bird is too imbal... its stats is too big for its effect! This is enough for it to come here... Furthermore, its a lv 3 tuner and has SS effect... Too imbal already...
Dark Strike Fighter - Crazy Machine, Otk Medium, Dark Type somemore... No requirement for synchro material... Biggest Lv 7 monster, LV + ATK = Half your original Life... Maybe it might get ban... Since Blackwings and Ftk needed only one Dark Strike to ftk and otk... But since i said sept banlist are abit crazier and abit relax, this should at least come here =)
R1 -> R2/R3 -> R2Cyber Dragon - mind control gets R1, no more easy synchro... Vise Dragon are EX!!! Come back! Cheapo Dragon please~~~ Sorceror needs you too...
Card Trooper - Structure deck reprinted... Maybe it will come back i guess...

Dandylion(?) - Although i don't think this might come out.. But to promote plant deck, its the only plant here i can think of...
Lonefire Blossom - R1 is too harsh for it, Nv restrict it makes it the next Rescue Cat, so R2 is a proper place it should be in... Since it will slow down the avarice rate...
Pot of Avarice - Not Much Possibility But there's still chances... This card sometimes can be a pot of greed... Furthermore its a key support card in Rescue Synchro decks, so i guess it will join in...
Cold Wave - Another friend of Rescue Synchro, GET IN! Locks magic and traps preventing Gorz to jump out... Quite a powerful card to do otk with... Even if it stays as 3 i guess Cold Wave Emperor might revive... Recently saw some emperor deck revived...
Zombies - I got a feeling either one of the two newly restricted zombies would come back... Most probably plaguespreader?
Blackwing - Bora the Spear - Friend of Gale but not too imbal... Its ability to ss makes me feels that it should be here...
Black Whirlwind - Its an unfair card... the first time u used, u earn nothing but after that, you are starting to earn monsters and cards like mad everytime you summon... Its more better than gadgets... Furthermore, each blackwing have their own individual effects... unlike gadgets... So this should go in... Since last time gadgets also suffers such fate before...
R2 -> R3Destiny Hero - Malicious - Only my wishful thoughts. lol... Although i don't think this thing would come back anymore... But... There aren't anymore good tuners/ imbal synchro combo left isnt it? the only one i can think of is Blizzard the far North takes back Mistral the Silver Shield and then comes out 2 Lv8 synchro... Nth much imbal... or even... Junk Synchron take back Vayu the Emblem of Honor... 1 Dark strike and one lv 6 800 and lv 3 1300... 2600 + 1400 + 800 + 1200 + 1300 + 600 = ... Chey... 7900 only...
Ultimate offering - Even in R2, almost nobody plays it... So i guess R3 also?
Baboon, Defender of the Forest - Stupid Ruling Errata makes it a stupid useless card... Y do you still stuck in there? lol...

Book of Moon - If MOF comes out, most probably this will go in... But in this era, 3 nobleman, and Blackwing Era, this shouldnt go in...
Burial for Another Dimension - Graveyard Blackwing aka GBF performed isn't that well before japan Nationals...
Blackwing - Vayu the Emblem of Honor - English isnt out yet, so they wont touch on this...
